Cartoon Network: Time Warp Crisis - Chapter 7

NOTE: This story occurs in an entirely separate timestream than what you're all probably used to.  Think of it as "Ultimate Cartoon Network"

KND MOONBASE HANGAR...

A STARWRECK was in the hangar, fueling up for an trip across the cosmos. Sector V was gearing up in blue jumpsuits with armored plating and barbecue grill lids for helmets.

Buttercup tried not to laugh. "So, you guys going trick-or-treating as G.I. Joe's?"

"Ha ha ha." Numbuh Two said, sarcastically.  "This is KNDefense armor. We don't know anything about where we're going, and we can't all just shrug off a laser blast."

Dexter turned to Blossom. "You're sure you don't want to tag along?"

"Someone needs to keep an eye on things back home." She said. "I'll be fine."

Dexter nodded, then boarded the STARWRECK with the others. The door shut and the ship rose up, through the oxygen-keeping force field, and soared through space.

On board the bridge, Numbuh One sat in the command chair. "Numbuh Two, set our trajectory to the location Ben gave us and engage H-Drive."

Numbuh Two typed a few numbers into the keypad on his right and pulled a red handle and turned it. "We're now charging up for a jump to lightspeed."

The computer made a 'ding'.

Numbuh Two pushed the handle back in. Suddenly, the stars became streaks of light zooming by the ship at it vanished into space.

A FEW BLOCKS FROM SECTOR V TREEHOUSE...

Blossom zoomed down from Moonbase. Ah, the hometown. It seemed like so long since she and her sisters met the others, even if it had been little under a year. As she glided over the streets, she wondered what the villains could be planning. And how could they stop it?

Her thoughts were interrupted when she saw a shadow from an alleyway disappear. It had looked almost bird-like. Blossom quickly flew toward the alley. Without warning, a burst of blue gas filled the alley. Blossom tried to fly away, but it was to late. She fell to the ground. Just before she passed out, she saw two shadows standing over her.

ABOARD THE STARWRECK...

"We've reached Galvan Prime. I'm bringing us out of Hyperspace." Numbuh Two said. The stars returned to normal. A blue planet with a glowing green spot came into sight.

"This is it." Future-Ben said.

"Looks kinda like Mogo." Numbuh Two said.

THE SURFACE OF GALVAN PRIME...

Dexter, Sector V, Bubbles and Buttercup had never seen anything like it before. The entire planet looked like a giant circuit-board.

"There." Future-Ben said, pointing. The heroes saw a large, hourglass-shaped tower, bearing the same insignia from Ben's Omnitrix. There was one thing that didn't fit, though. The tower was burning.

Numbuh One's eyes narrowed. "Father." He growled under his breath.

WITHIN THE TOWER...

Father laughed as he tossed bolts of fire at the fleeing aliens. Vilgax approached, holding a downloaded file in his hand.

"Enough pointless destruction." He said. "We have what we came for. Let's go." The two villains exited the room.

A few minutes later, Buttercup punched down the door in. The group looked and checked the area for hostiles. They saw a small, gray alien, unconscious under a piece of rubble.

"AZMUTH!" Both Ben's of present and future shouted.

Numbuh Three rushed over to give medical attention while Bubbles lifted the debris.

"Go find the bad guys." Bubbles said. "I'll help Kuki here."

Numbuh Five nodded.

OUTSIDE...

The heroes exited the tower. Numbuh Two grabbed the FINDUHBILLY from his pocket.

"Okay," he said, "I should have the bad guy's location in about-"

"Don't bother." Numbuh Four said, pointing at the trail of flaming buildings.

Numbuh Two looked at the damage. "Melted right through solid steel like it was ice. Those flames are hotter than Avril Lavigne." Numbuh Five hit him on the back of the head.

Father threw fire bolts in random directions as he and Vilgax walked away from the tower.

Suddenly, Numbuh One flew in on his JETABOOTS, punched Father in the stomach with both fists, and propelled him against a wall. Father's eyes lit up, and then there was a bright flash. Numbuh One flew back, unconscious and his KNDefense armor slightly singed.

The rest of the heroes surrounded them. Younger-Ben slammed down on his watch, transforming into Heatblast.

Father laughed. "Let me get this straight: out of all the aliens you have in that fancy watch of yours, you choose to attack me with one that's living flame?" Father extended his hand toward Younger-Ben. Younger-Ben suddenly threw flames at Dexter and Numbuh Five. Dexter jumped around wildly, while Numbuh Five weaved through the blasts.

"Guys..." Younger-Ben shouted, "I-I can't control it!"

Meanwhile, Vilgax swung at Numbuhs Two and Four. Numbuh Four took aim with his SHAVERAMA and fired a shaving cream blast into his eyes. Vilgax wiped it out in time to see Buttercup's fist knock him a mile back.

Future-Ben hit his watch and transformed into a blue specter-like creature. "Big Chill!" He shouted. He breathed a stream of ice breath over his younger self, stopping him in his tracks. He then morphed back to normal, and then touched the Omnitrix on the younger him, flashing him back to human form.

"How did you-?" Younger-Ben began to ask.

"You'll find out when you're older." Future-Ben responded.

The heroes all turned to Father. His hands released a bright flash, temporarily blinding the heroes. When they all regained sight, Vilgax and Father were gone without a trace. Numbuh One awoke.

"What did I miss?" He asked, rubbing his neck.

BACK IN THE TOWER...

Azmuth had regained consciousness. Numbuh Three had put his arm in a sling while Bubbles looked for anyone else needing help.

"Nothing too bad." Numbuh Three assured. "He should make a full recovery in a few days."

Azmuth saw the two Bens. "Must've taken a hit to the head, though. I'm seeing double."

Dexter knelt down beside the small-statued alien. "What did the bay guys steal?" He asked.

"They downloaded the same technology that the Omnitrix uses to scan and replicate alien DNA." He replied, looking worried.

"With tech like that, who knows what those villains could do!" Numbuh Five exclaimed.

AN EVIL ADULT INDUSTRIES FACTORY...

Mandark and Mojo Jojo continued to build a large metal machine shaped like a dome. Father and Vilgax entered the room.

"We're baaaaaaack." Father said.

Vilgax handed Mandark the file. "This should give you everything you need to complete it." He said.

"Excellent!" Mojo said. "Soon we shall rule the world! All world-ruling will be done by us, for we shall be the world's rulers! No one else will rule the world, just u-"

"You know, that's REALLY annoying." Mandark interrupted him.

"You're both just lucky I'm letting you use my factory for this." Father reminded them.

"Let's not quarrel amongst ourselves." Vilgax said to his comrades. "After all, we have but one item left on our list."
